At this time, Natures Kitchen does not offer shipping or courier delivery services. All orders are available for collection only from our nominated collection location.

1. Current Service

Natures Kitchen currently operates on a collection-only basis.

Once your order has arrived and is ready for collection, we will notify you using the contact details provided with your order.

2. Collection

Customers are responsible for collecting their order within the collection timeframe advised by Natures Kitchen.

When collecting your order, we recommend bringing suitable insulated containers or chilly bins to help maintain product quality during transport.

Once collected, customers are responsible for ensuring products are refrigerated or frozen as appropriate.

3. Collection Delays

If you are unable to collect your order during the advised collection period, please contact us as soon as possible.

While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate alternative arrangements, we cannot guarantee extended storage due to the perishable nature of our products.
