Beef Forequarter — $15.46/kg
Estimated weight: approximately 87.5kg.
The front quarter contains the sections used for chuck and blade steaks or roasts, scotch fillet/ribeye, brisket, short ribs, shin, stewing beef and mince from trimmings.

Beef Hindquarter — $17.00/kg
Estimated weight: approximately 87.5kg.
The rear quarter contains the sections used for sirloin/porterhouse, eye fillet, rump, topside, silverside, thick flank, flank steak, shin and mince from trimmings. T-bone steaks can be obtained instead of separate sirloin and eye fillet cuts.

Beef Side — $15.81/kg
Average weight: approximately 175kg.
A full side combines the forequarter and hindquarter, offering the sections for the full range of cuts listed above. A generous choice for bulk buyers or sharing with friends!

The quarter estimates above are based on dividing a 175kg side equally between the two portions. Actual forequarter and hindquarter weights may differ and will not necessarily be equal.

Supplied as a Carcass
You are purchasing your selected carcass portion, not individually cut or packaged beef. The cuts listed describe what may be obtained depending on how your butcher breaks down the carcass. Customers must arrange their own butcher if individual cuts are required.

Delivery Direct to Your Butcher
We can arrange for your carcass to be delivered directly to your selected butcher. Once your deposit has been paid, we will contact you to obtain your butcher’s details and arrange delivery.

Deposit & Final Payment
The amount paid at checkout is a non-refundable deposit that secures your selected carcass. It is not the full purchase price.

Your final total is calculated using the actual carcass weight × the price per kilogram for your selected option. Your deposit is deducted from this total, and the remaining balance is due in full on collection, or before delivery to your selected butcher.
